Cold Cables are used for the extension of heating cables to get thermally-stable lead ends.
Wires are usually made of copper or plated conductor material.
The range of diameters is from 4.9mm to 7.5mm.
We both offer 1-wire and 2 wires Cold Cables.

Standard Delivery Program Mineral-Insulated Cold Cables
Resistance tolerance: + / – 10%: tighter tolerances on request
Diameter tolerances of heating cables: + / – 0.05% – Bending radius: 2 to 5 x cable diameter
Mineral insulation: Magnesia (MgO) as standard, other insulators such as alumina on request.
1-wire cold cable
2-wires cold cable
Resistance tolerance: +/- 10 %; tighter tolerances possible on request.
Sheath diameter tolerances: +/- 0.05mm
Bending radius: 2 to 5 x sheath diameter.
Mineral insulation: Magnesium oxide (MgO) as standard, can be produced with other insulation
materials on request
